The design and installation process of stainless steel profiles contains specific aspects. Even the welding procedures of 304 and 316 quality stainless steel are different. We are using the methods developed by our team for production of welded or hidden bolted columns and beams. All of the production parts are processed on CNC machines and the surface is processed as Satine or polished. With our partner companies we are using CNC machines capable of processing all kinds of 6m length profies with 5 axis, cutting and drilling of pipe and box profiles wıth fully automatic/robotic line, vertical and horizontal CNC processing centres with 5 axis and 3 axis which are capable to process different kinds of connection parts and apparatus, lazer plate cutters, milling machine and turn bench.  

All static design, 3D-BIM modelling, production drawings and CNC conversion works are performed by SAY PROJE, while production and installation works are implemented by our other brand ONESTEEL.
